my car is spluttering when it reaches ideal temp. At first we thought it was the fuel temp sensor but when we took the covers off we spotted a leak by the 1st injector.
It isn't a massive leak and until we took the covers off we couldn't smell any diesel. It only does it under pressure as well it never does it when its idle.
Because of this I am thinking that it is the seal that has gone on the injector rather than the actual injector its self. Which is obviously a cheaper fix.
if we remove the injectors to replace the seal do we need to re-pressure the injector? Also does anyone know if the Haynes manual covers this?
