Renault Megane 1.9 dci 2010 dipped headlights not working

Hi all,

my wifes 2010 Renault Megane 1.9 dci has developed a fault with the dipped headlights, the stopped working, fuses and bulbs checked, both are ok and not blown.

Any ideas as to what it can be apart from the fuse box as I've changed this an the faults still there?

Do these cars have headlight relays?

Has anyone else experienced the same issue and if so what was the cause?
