Scenic 2 intermittent starting problem.

I purchased a 07 Scenic 1.9 Dci Dynamique on the 3rd December. Before collecting the car the sales garage advised that a problem had appeared when trying to start the engine. It failed to start and the STOP light illuminated with the alternative messages 'Battery charge fault' and 'Oil pressure fault'. The car was taken to a vehicle electrics specialist and the fault was diagnosed as a starter relay problem which is located in a fuse box. The fuse box,complete with relay, was replaced along with the starter motor. Everything seemed fine and the car was delivered to me on the 10th. The fault re-appeared once on the 10th and four times on the 12th. Any ideas on what the problem actually is? As I live in near Limoges, France taking the vehicle back to the garage in Melbourne, Derbyshire is problematic.
