Hi Im new to this but here goes,
Ive just bought a 2004 Renault Laguna II 1.9dCi 2 weeks ago and its fired up fine everyday until this morning. I got in car put card n slot pressed clutch peddle and then the start button then nothing. When I insert the key card the centre dash lights up as usual. Ive tried both keys and still no joy. Is there something Im missing? any help is much appreciated

got the car working now. I disconnected battery for 5 minutes and when reconnected all the dash lit up then started as usual. but im still wondering why this happend?
