Renault Megane classic 1 ignition current problem.

Hi!

We have discussed about my problem for a week now in Finnish Renault forum and no solution yet.

My problem is that when I try to turn on the engine and the electronics from ignition switch with my keys nothing happens. It used to flash a little bit those dashboard lights when this problem started to show up last sunday (11.1.2015). After that I have changed the base of the ignition switch but it still does the same thing. All the fuses has been checked and everything og them is OK. Relays.. well.. no because there's so many of them and I have no clue how else to check them but taking the out one by one and running 12V through them while using multimeter to see whether it works or not.

All the dashboard lights works and so does every electronic device that gets current from turning the headlights on from the turn signal switch. But when I do this there's buzzing noice coming out of the gasoline meters motor (in the dashboard). It seems to try to lift the meter needle up for some time but can't get it up.

Also I have checked that the ECU gets voltage to the 'before ignition' pin.

Now what I would like to know is that would this be a relay problem, ground problem or possibly a ECU problem and where could all the relays locate (I have only found 3 from the engine side near the ECU at the driver side, 2 right by the fuse box and 4 behind the fuse box inside all the plastic interior)?
