Feeling Annoyed

Well took my scenic up to Even Halshaw today as it was booked in 2 weeks ago for the mirror module to be replaced through the recall, Went all the way up there this morning to find out i needed a letter asking for the recall, I said i was not the original owner, I had contacted Renault with all my details and said yes it was a recall on my vehicle, But as i say had comfirmation of booking of Evan Halshaw, Then i was told that this morning, They piped up with some of them now come of the list with it being that long ago, So in the meantime if my car goes up its not there fault i bet, Dunno what to do next.
