scenic 1 2.0 idol issue

first off thanks for any assistance you may be able to give regarding this issue,

i have a 2003 scenic 1 2.0 petrol, the issue is it wont start without reving it to around 2000 rpm and holding it for a few seconds other than that the car just stalls out and takes about 20 seconds of turning the...scenic 1 2.0 idol issue

first off thanks for any assistance you may be able to give regarding this issue,
i have a 2003 scenic 1 2.0 petrol, the issue is it wont start without reving it to around 2000 rpm and holding it for a few seconds other than that the car just stalls out and takes about 20 seconds of turning the key to get it to kick in, secondly once the engine is up to temp the idol is between 400-500 rmp and judders when its sat idoling, it drives fine once going, i have no lights on the dash which doesn't help, any ideas, assuming it a common issue hopefully you guys may have come across it prior,

Can anyone tell me please, where is the fuse for the interior lights. I?ve looked all along the glove compartment. The fuse cover shows two rows of fuses which are all ok, but it shows two separate fuses on top but all there is above the two rows of fuses are plug connections. The fuse also covers some of the eco settings.

Auxillary belt tensioner - 2000 Laguna 1 1.6

Hi.

I'm getting an odd, almost rattling noise from the aux belt area. I'm pretty sure it is from the tensioner. Previous owner had alternator changed recently, so not that and the noise goes with a quick squirt of WD etc. Car only has 35k on clocks, so water pump etc should still be good....Auxillary belt tensioner - 2000 Laguna 1 1.6
