2001 Renault megane 1.6 16v

Hi

I stupidly left my car parked for 3 wks with the handbrake on and now the passenger side rear drum is stuck solid. I've tried driving it backwards/forwards and no success. Took the wheel off and hit the drum with a hammer at various points but it won't move.

Any suggestions would be great and...2001 Renault megane 1.6 16v
