Laguna drain holes??

Hello, I've recently noticed that I have water sloshing around in my rear passenger side door on my Laguna 2 sport tourer. I've removed the plug at the bottom of the food and cleaned it then put it back in, for some reason I'm still getting water inside??
All seals etc look fine!!
Does anyone have any ideas??
I've attached a picture, are these drain holes on the door?? I'm not sure "/

Replacing Caminat CD/SatNav

I'm picking up a Laguna Mk3 Initiale today, but it has the Carminat CD Navigation system in it. Is it possible to upgrade to the TomTom version or would this be too tricky? I've noticed that the TomTom controls seem to be down in the central column near the armrest, so would possibly need a whole new central column?

Mk1 scenic 1.4 petrol lumpy idle and no power

Hi guys, probably been done to death this thread, but searching here and Google is proving fruitless.

I bought a 1.4 petrol scenic a few weeks back and the cars great , starts stops and goes well. Now it starts from cold no problem but when you pull Away and get into 2nd/3rd there's a noticeable judder(slight) if not slight power loss, as if the cars struggling for fuel or air (or spark). Foot down into 4th and its gone.

Also, while cruising at 40-50-60 in fifth, the car feels under powered with no throttle response (it's goes just again, powerless).

I've read a lot about coils, and their a cheap fix, but ide rather have some ideas from someone more clued up lol.

May I also note, I think a mount has gone as the gearstick throws its self about while on the power or taking foot off, wobbles like mad(again I've read common fault).

Other than that, I'm very impressed even after vowing of Reno forever after a problematic 1.5dci kangoo and a old 1.4 Clio.

Premature brake wear

Info regarding possible premature brake wear? I have a 14 plate Clio that recently had its annual service and was told I needed new front discs and pads. Only 12000 miles on the clock. Service was completed at dealership as part of the package. Been to a number of local garages who nearly all said that wear was not normal. Have complained to Renault and my car is currently in its second week of Being in the garage of the dealership awaiting 'repair'. Customer services explained they were to cover the cost as 'good will gesture'. I spoke to dealership themselves who told me that the brakes could not be repaired yet as there was a well known fault with Renault brakes and premature ageing and they have to wait for new parts to come in which at present there is no deliverydate and could be another week, two even longer!!!! At the same time
Of th service a recall letter was received reporting a fault in position of the wheel arch which could affect the brakes.........customer services report this is not related. Any help
Or guidance out there does anyone have similar stories?

Premature brake wear

Issue with boot and locking of Renault Clio.

Can anyone help me please. I have somehow managed to get a beanbag stuck in the boot of my 2011 Clio and cannot open the boot or lock the car!!! Is there an emergency release button? Any advice would be eternally grateful.

2001 Renault Clio 1.2 16V no immobiliser light, central locking, hazard lights, indicators, electric windows and a non runner. Turns over at a good speed (New battery). Very stuck what to try next! Central locking also doesn't work from inside the car.:confused::confused:
