Grand Senic II 1.5dci Clutch gone twice

Hi, 6 months ago I had a problem where my car wouldn't go into gear when the engine was running. I had the clutch replaced which seemed to fix it. Now the same thing has happened again. Wondering if this is likely to be the fault of the garage who fitted it or something else? Car is 05 model with about 45000 mileage.
