Laguna Coupe remap can't be done !!!!

Help !!!! I took my Laguna Coupe for a remap this morning but the garage said they cannot do it as without the engine running the ignition switches off after 3 mins and they need about 4 mins to get the original map off.



Does anyone know if the ignition can be made to stay on or if its possible to increase the time ?
