I recently brought a Renault Clio Dynamique 1.2 2004.
Cars been working fine until sunday evening. Im sure when I was parking the car it all of a sudden felt very sluggish. Almost like the tires had gone flat.
Anyway, I park, lock car and go inside. Later that night I try use the car. I use the key button to unlock car, jump in, turn key and nothing.
All the lights on dashboard come up, lights, window screen wipers, radio etc work. But when I turn key all the way the immobilizer light is solid red. Also when car is unlocked the immobilizer light is still flashing like normal.
Also just to note ive only got the 1 key for the car. Ive tried things like holding key button whilst turning key, ive tried leaving key in ignition for 10mins, holding the central lock button until it beeps then locking and unlocking car with key but nothing works.
Does anyone know what it could be?
