Hello all newbie here :o
Hoping someone will know this...
Ok about 3 weeks ago I noticed my clio losing power slightly while driving didnt think nothing of it.
It then started to 'rev itself' when I was letting the clutch out? Well this lasted a week before one day driving to work the revs went sky high without me accelerating, and it appeared the clutch wasnt doing..well...anything? its not falling to the floor or anything its still got spring in it if you get me. But I rolled to the side of the road and needed a tow home cos it stopped moving.
Now Ive not got the money or resources to tow it to a garage to find out whats up.
Does anyone have any ideas? Can it be a snapped cable or the clutch is gone? Or something totally different? lol
Any help would be much appreciated.
Its a clio 2003 16v 1.2 if thats any help.
