Clio Dci 106 turbo delay 2100rpm?

Had my Clio 106bhp for over 4 years now and the turbo always came in with a surge of power from 1750rpm but lately doesn't kick in till 2100 sometimes 2000rpm and have clean the egr valve with no difference and was wondering if anyone with a similar problem could help
