Dci 1.5 diesel engine swap from 04 Clio to 04 Megane

Have checked the forums and cant find a thread.

I am looking to swap engine as the Megane was over heated and I have a good engine in a similar aged Clio. What hurdles do I face assuming that the transplant is possible?
