Grand Scenic 2 hand brake wiring issue

Hi

have a little issue the hand brake wiring on my grand scenic was broken so i fitted new wiring but there are 4 wires the exact same, they are a creamy pink colour with dots on them.I have connected them up and the hand brake goes on an off with the lever but doesn't automatically release also i now have the check hand brake warning coming on but it then disappears once i start driving.

I'm thinking the issue is these four wires maybe not connected properly so was wondering if anyone happened to know how to identify the correct way to connect them.
