Ignition barrel lock

Put my key in the ignition and it seemed like it went straight to TURNOVER! my heater blower stopped working as well as my left window, I now know that there is no spring or spring back in the barrel after turning over engine.Fortunately heater and window seem to reset themselves after a period of time!

I was wondering is there a repair kit for this situation as it seems like it could simply be the internal spring?...I HOPE..Any feedback would be greatly appreciated
