Keycard Scenic 2010 problem

Hi, I am a new member and have searched electronics forum but no-one seems to have the same problem. I have 2010 Renault Scenic TomTom 1 1.5 DCI. Both my keycards used to open/unlock ALL doors by pressing once. Over last few weeks you have to press twice in quick succession to lock, if you only press once, the drivers door does not lock. To unlock, pressing once opens all doors except drivers door but if you press keycard 3 times (sometimes 4), all doors unlock. Both keycards are the same. Is this a sensor problem, battery problem or reprogramming problem? Any advice appreciated as nearest Renault dealer is 20miles away.
