renault megane no spare wheel

hi guys l bought a renault megane estate dynamic tom tom 2011 model only 2 weeks ago and l found out that it has no spare wheel or jack the car dealer said that all new cars have no spare wheel and in the back it has some sort of small box type pump with a small jar of liquid now l am thinking of buying a spare wheel but the problem is l do not know what kind of jack is the best to buy for my renault and from where do l jack the car incase of a punture :(
