megane wont start

i own megane 97 mk1 classic engine k7m 8v manual gear my car wont start fuel pump working immobilizer working

the ignition not work maybe its the ecu? and how can i check it, i washed the car and its started after an hour the car wont start the ecu dry and the ignition coil, the battery area a little wet but i dont see there the ecu wire go help me please
