1.7 8v f2n help

hi i have a 1.7 engine in my r5 its from a r21 or a r11, i have just started to connect the fuel lines and i am unsure of which way they go i also have a fuel vaporizer does this go before or after the fuel pump? when i last had it running the idle was a bit lumpy i was told it was because of a vacuum does anybody know where they connect to? and lastly when the car was ran for a while and switched off it didnt like to restart unless it was left for about an hour, looking on the internet i found out that renault installed an anti perc fan but i cant find any information on how to install one, does anybody know anything about an anti perc fan? or anything else to help with hot starting? i will get pictures up tomorrow.cheers
