Electrics on Scenic III

I have a 59 plate Scenic 3 1.5 Dynamique, only had it a month and although I love it, the past couple of days I have had a problem where the drivers console for the windows and window lock intermittently refuses to work. When it isn't working I can still open the rest of the windows from their individual switches apart from the drivers side, and when it isn't working there is a ticking noise coming from the passenger side.



I have tried searching to see anyone else has this problem as I know it was common on older Renaults but I thought they had sorted this problem out.



Can anyone give me advice, Don't want to go to a dealer if I don't have to
