Possible Blown ECU? Please help

Hi ill get right to it, I cleaned my injectors and replace fuel pressure sensor and my car still wont start. I found a blown fuse saying "APC HBT" cant for the life of my find what its for? The car ticks over, but wont start. When I spray easy start it starts then stops once you stop spraying easy start.
