renault kangoo rear suspension

Hi all, i am looking for a bit of advice.

My renault kangoo started to make a creaking noise from the rear somewhere and now i have noticed that the left hand side has dropped.



I have read somewhere that this could be due to the torsion bars. Is this correct?



Can these be easily sourced/replaced?
