Megane 2 starting issue

Hi, I have a 2004 megane cc manual 2.0. A couple of months ago car would not respond to keycard. Used spare card to unlock and the jump started car ok. Then replaced battery and car has been ok. Now car will not start with keycard. Car will unlock (except boot) but no lights come on on dash when key inserted into slot. Headlights work ok as does light in dash where card is inserted. Neither keycard will work to start car.



Anyone offer any help?
