the dreaded grand scenic II Air conditioning problem help!!!

I have a 2007 renault grand scenic I have very weak air pressure on settings 1 and 2 bit stronger on 3 and again on 4. I have no air conditioning working at all even though the air con light turns on and off when I press it. I have done the obvious and changed the air filter cabin/pollen filter. I have had my system pressure tested and regassed And changed the resistor there were no problems with the wiring loom and no signs of burning etc. I have today taken the dashboard out and checked the blower motor which is working fine and had no debris or broken blades etc I also checked that all pipes were connected correctly. It is all back together now but still no air con. Does anyone have the same problem or is there anyone who has successfully fixed this problem and can help me out please I am running out of ideas (and money) and with the added extra of the panoramic roof I am currently driving around in what can only be described as a mobile greenhouse.
