Headlights won't turn off and wipers don't work help

Can anyone help, this morning when i tried to turn off my headlights they wouldn't turn off. I then tried my wipers and they won't turn on.



The RAC have said it could be my body control module I have an electrician coming out to hook their computer up Monday but any idea how much these things are to put right?
