Blessing clutch

Can anyone help me. I'm having problems blessing the clutch pedal on my 2007 Megan dci. I have tried the techniques on the forum but can only get 1-2" of pedal pressure right at the bottom of its travel. I've replaced the master cylinder but still no luck. Please help
