From DCI 70 to DCI 65 Engine?

Hi each and all, I got mysellf a cracking little Van for work for next to nothing ( Nissan Kubistar DCI 70 ) Which as we all know is really a Renault Kangoo, I bought it with a goosed Engine, easy job for me, one area I need help with is can I replace my DCI 70bhp Engine with the DCI 65bhp Engine? not sure if the ECU or similar would need changing? or should there be no issues? I would prefer to know before fitting an engine that may cause me problems
