Renault Megane 2 Rear Electric Windows dont work

Hi



I have never had the rear windows working in my Renault Megane 2 Hatchback. Checking the circuit diagram there should be a 12V feed to the plug for the Temic Unit. This should be there with Ign On. The 40A fuse has 12V but nothing at the rear door wiring. The windows isolation switch only isolates the ground used to control the up down switiching. Can anyone help?
