Renault scenic alarm going off

Good evening,



I am new to this forum, I have a 2006 renault scenic, I have been unable to lock for the past year as every time I lock it it beeps 3times then the alarm goes off, when I unlock it it beeps 4 times? I am going away soon and will have to leave my car I can't keep it unlock, can someone help me on what to do? Disalarm it?
