Neutral gate switch, MK4 Grand Espace, 10 plate.

Can some one please confirm if this is also my reverse switch on top of my 6 speed box? 2.0 DCi.

But my Reverse lights still work, Parking sensors don't,,, HELLLLLP! :confused:

Please anyone?
