megane been stood for a while now wont start

hi all hope some one out there can help.



father in laws Renault mengane 1.4 petrol 2001 has been stood for about a year and half without being started.

the car work fine before with no problems, but after being stood for so long it doesn't start now.



it turns over ok but will not fire up here what ive tried so far,

new petrol in tank

tested the fuel pump which seems to work ok

new plugs

new tdc senor

even tried to bump it off by towing around the street but it still wont go.



now the plugs seem dry and there is no spark from the plugs. Ive also tested for voltage from the tdc senor plug and there is any.



hope someone can help its becoming a pain.
