Hi All
I have a faulty drivers door operation on the Megane model with the keycard auto sensing. The one with the senseing field around the car.
When you walk away from the car after stopping it, the doors lock as they should apart from the drivers. The only way to lock it is with a double click on the keycard to deadlock it. I suppose this rules out the locking solenoid as the culprit. The alarm arms itself ok but unless you deadlock, the drivers door remains unlocked.
I am guessing that there is a CPU fault or maybe the central locking software has got its knickers in a twist  and needs resetting/ programming if this is possible. i will be taking the car to an auto electrician soon but forewarned is forearmed. Does anyone have any suggestions as to the problem? Many Thanks
