clio dci 80 dead, uch changed but no joy

My 2003 Clio dci 80 has stopped working again, looked like the UCH had gone, initially the relays were clicking but now nothing works and curiously the instrument needles judder when the ignition is first turned on and the serv light flashes for while. no drivers window and no wipers or indicators etc



I changed the UCH, ECU and key but it has made no difference whatsoever. Checked the fuses under the bonnet and everything looks OK.



Any ideas where to go from here? The car has under 100k on the clock and is too good to scrap otherwise.
