Hi I was wondering if anyone out there has had the same problem I've had with the medianav system in this model.8 weeks ago I got into the car and it failed to come on took it to dealer thinkin it was a fuse but the whole system needs replaced,but was told as it was on back order they couldn't tell me when the part would be available,contacted renault was told 1st week in May,then got a text last week saying they were waiting on the part being delivered to France,I have just text customer services manager again as I am so fed up with this no radio/Bluetooth/sat nav for 8 weeks I've spoke to a few other clio owners who are also having problems with this system,just wondering if anyone knows what my rights are here
