Compatable Car Stereos for a 2004 Renault Megane

Hi

Can anyone tell me if I can swap out my original car radio/cd player for a Clarion DB318RG. I have had this stereo for a couple of years not been used. Iam trying to save money. Will it swap without changing any connectors. Any help extremely received.
