loud noise and shaking like a tractor! 1.9 auto diesel

Felt like I'd just gone over a bump in road then car started to be really noisy and shuddering!

Still drives and goes through gears ok

Any ideas what could be wrong? Had new timing belt done 2,000 miles ago!
