Megane 2002 convertible knocking noise

Hi Guys, I have just bought a Megane convertible on a 2002 plate, their is a slight knocking from the front suspension that sounds like a duff drop link, only problem is mine does not have the drop link bar / rubber bung type,



Any ideas as to what it may be or do you get the same knocking from worn inner / outer bushes on the anti roll bar ?
