Megane 2005 1.6 16V Engine Starts but Cuts out in 10 seconds

My Megane with K4M engine is starting well but cuts out in 10 seconds ALWAYS (regardless of Cold or Hot) and sometimes it stops when moving slowly or being about to move.

It can keep idling RPM well, if engine boosted up over 3000 RPM to pass for the 10 seconds.

After reading several posts here, I have checked & cleaned cam position sensor, crank shaft position sensor, throttle body and valve position sensor, Manifold absolute pressure sensor, inlet air temperature sensor and Battery which is a little bit low 11.8~12.2V. The oxygen sensors on catalyst unit show variant 0~0.9v(INLET) and steady 0.4v(OUTLET).

Apparently all the above parts seemed in normal working range.

When I checked the cam dephaser solenoid valve, the operating voltage from ECU found strange:

When engine starts it is 0V, then increasing gradually after about 8 seconds of idling, which causing RPM reduced slowly and finally engine cuts out at about 7V at time of 10 seconds.

My understanding is the cam dephaser is to be activated when running at higher RPM like 3000~5000.

When I tried to start engine with the solenoid wire off, it starts and KEEPS a stable RPM.

My question is Why the ECU activates the dephaser solenoid by 7V or higher just after 10 seconds of Engine starting.

What factors(sensor inputs) are related to the calculation of voltage value of dephaser solenoid, or what is change-over logic from ECU IDLING MODE to LIGHT LOAD MODE? (if such detail information is available) then I may check further to resolve this trouble completely.

Or should I need to go Renault Service for ECU reprogramming or replacement because it is a kind of proven trouble of Megane 2 by the manufacturer?

Temporarily my car is running well with cam solenoid off and I can not find any trouble when driving for daily activity except Engine fault light ON(Check injection) in dash board.

Any advice will be much appreciated.

Thanks.
