Hi,
I have an 04 Grand Scenic which has now developed a parking brake fault. The dash flashes up "check parking brake".
I phoned RAC who came and checked everything. The fault they found with their diagnostics was as follows.
"Redundant brake on switch signal incoherence (Present) 5172."
Can anyone shed any light on what this problem could be and is the car safe to drive, and how can we rectify this problem without it costing a small fortune (if possible)
