Renault Clio 2006 Lights,Indicator problem

Hi need help as can't not figure out what is wrong with my clio.

Problem is when indicating right the main beam headlight come on when indicator goes off light go off.

when main beam is on both indicator work fine.

When you indicate right ,the window wipers don't work till indictor switches off.

This is been happen for a while now.

Now today when indicating left and it click off the main beams come on and stay on.

Anyone any ideas
