Torque wrench setting

Evening all, does anyone know how to put this info to a bolt? Bolt is the crankshaft pulley bolt on a 1.5DCI engine (Bolt is M12)



M12 Bolt: 60nm + 100+/-10 degrees



on the instructions the plus is above the minus between the 100 and the 10
