DF061 fault code on Kangoo 1.5dci 2004

Ive just got the fault code on my 2004 1.5dci Kangoo come up as DF061. Glow plug light is staying on and hard to start. But once started its fine allday. Theres no loss of power and only smokes on start up. Any ideas as to the fault ?
