Clio 106 DCi keeps accelerating help!

Hi my Clio seems to want to keep accelerating for a couple of seconds after releasing the accelerator pedal and has actually led to me losing it on a corner and crashing smashing the bumper and wing as it wanted to accelerate after me leaving the pedal. I thought it could be EGR related so I unplugged it searched the ecu for a code and when it was found plugged the get back in and cleared the fault and it works fine but after turning the car off then back on it has the same issue again it wants to accelerate after releasing the pedal

Anyone have a clue what I may be?
