Hi again, can anyone tell me if the turbo actuator valve is meant to fully lift up when the car is just started?. No revving or trying to drive, just started and on tick over. Sounds like its getting strangled and won't rev above 1600 with black reek coming out the exhaust. If I take a small black air hose off the actuator drops and the car revs as normal but without any boost from the turbo. Just fitted a new turbo, egr valve and boost solenoid but still the same. Anyone had this before?. Cheers, Del.
