Renault Megane 2. Gearbox doesnt get the 4th gear

I've bought a Renault megane 2 from one week agom and I was Surprised that the Gearbox only transmit from the 1st gear to the 3rd gear and it doesnt get the 4th gear. Like I be on 130km/m and still Im on the 3rd gear. Any help ?
