Hi guys im brand new to th forum so please go easy with me!!
I have just bought a 2011 megane cabriolet 1.5 dci and the passenger side door handle has stopped working from the ouside of the car after only 10 days of having the car. There is no resistance so something has become disconnected inside. The door will open from the inside as normal
i have had the door card off and can see that the white plastic bit with a spring on that houses the cable has come off. However you cannot get your hands in or see to re attache this to the handle.
Can anyone tell me how to do this without cutting a hole in the inner door please?
I have also tried to remove the door handle from the outside and cannot see how to do this either?
So i guess i am asking how to remove the outer door handle and will i be able to re attache the cable and connector from outside the car then push it all back through?
Any and all advice would be appreciated to do it myself?
Or if anyone can do it for me that would be even better and i will pay them...
