Fitting an in-dash CD changer - 2003 Laguna 2 1.9 dCi

Hiya, I've just bought a 2003 Laguna 2 1.9 dCi and I'm wondering if this in-dash changer will slot straight in above the standard CD player.

If it does, do I need to get a cable or will there already be a connector fitted to the loom from the factory? Also, is it controllable from the steering wheel controls?

I've searched the forums and I couldn't find the answer, so I'm asking here.
