ECU pin number for turbo solenoid valve

Hi everyone, after having used the search function successfully for the past two years to find answers I've had to bite the bullet and actually post a question.

I've discovered no 12v voltage to the plug to the turbo vacuum solenoid on my 2001 mk1 Megane 1.9 dci and hence no vacuum to the turbo actuator, hence the bypass flapper valve doesn't close and hence no boost. Vacuum does flow from the vacuum pump to the solenoid but that's where it ends as the valve is not being powered.

I'm going to check the wires for obvious breaks and continuity but it would be nice to know where the other end of the two wires are connected on on the ECU.
